How to Use the "Slide Order" Group of the Time Savers Add-in for PowerPoint
Please note: Some changes may have been made to the Time Savers Add-in for PowerPoint since the making of this video.
The “Slide Order” group is part of the “TS Content” tab (previously part of the “TS Design” tab, formerly called “Time Savers 1”) of the Time Savers Add-in for PowerPoint.
The tools in this part of the Time Savers Add-in make it possible for you to:
- Quickly shuffle or reverse the slides in your presentation.
Slides:
- You can REVERSE the order of all slides in your presentation.
- You can SHUFFLE the order of all slides in your presentation.
Sections:
- In order to use this function, you need to divide your presentation up into sections.
- You can REVERSE the order of all sections in your presentation.
- You can SHUFFLE the order of all sections in your presentation.
- When you rearrange the sections in your presentation, the order of the slides within each section will remain unchanged.
Section Slides:
- You can SHUFFLE or REVERSE the order of the slides in only part of your presentation by grouping the slides in a section and then rearranging the order of the slides within that section specifically.
- You will need to fill in the NAME of the section whose slides you wish to rearrange. Be sure to type the name exactly as it is in your presentation.
