Please ensure that you read through my Terms of Service carefully before using any part of my Website.
By accessing and using any content or services on my Website, whether as a registered user or a guest, you are accepting and agreeing to the terms laid out in this document. If you do not accept and agree to these terms, please do not access my Website.
I may update my Terms of Service at any time. I encourage you to check this page from time to time to make sure that you are happy with any changes that I may have made.
Membership
Creating your account
When you create your account, you need to provide true and accurate information. You may not provide false information, violate anybody’s rights or impersonate someone else.
You will be required to create a username and password. Your username may not be anything inappropriate or offensive. It is your responsibility to keep your login information confidential. You will be held responsible for any activity that happens on your account.
There are no membership fees. Becoming a member is absolutely free.
Account closure
Should you decide that you wish to close your account, you just need to contact me with your request.
Online Games
Terms of Use
As the original purchaser of any of my online games, you have permission to use them for personal and classroom purposes ONLY.
If you are NOT the original purchaser, please purchase the games from my store.
You may not edit, sell, redistribute or post this product or any part thereof on the Internet without my permission.
This licence is only for one person. If you wish to share this product with your friends or colleagues, please purchase additional licences at a discount in my store.
Please note: On purchasing any of my games I guarantee that you will have access to them for at least one year. But you will be able to continue accessing them indefinitely for as long as my website remains active.
Access
In order to allow your students to play the games, you simply need to share the link with them (through Google Classroom or via email etc).
Alternatively, if you wish to assign a specific difficulty level to your students, you can click on the link and then select the level by clicking on it. Once you have navigated to the correct level game, you can copy the link of that page and share it with your students.
PLEASE REMEMBER:
You MAY NOT SHARE the PDF you received on purchasing the game ,or the link contained therein, with anyone apart from your students!
Saving Games for Easier Access in the Future
Neither you nor your students need to create an account in order to access any of my games. You only need the link that you receive in the PDF on purchasing the game.
However, if you wish to save the games to make future access easier, you will need to create an account and be logged in.
If you do this, you will be able to access all games you have saved in My Games without always having to go back to the PDFs to get the links.
