How to Use the "UTM Codes" Group of the Time Savers Add-in for PowerPoint
Please note: Some changes may have been made to the Time Savers Add-in for PowerPoint since the making of this video.
The “UTM Codes” group is part of the “TS Publish” tab (previously called “Time Savers 3”) and the “TS Marketplaces” tab (previously called “Time Savers 4”) of the Time Savers Add-in for PowerPoint.
The tools in this part of the Time Savers Add-in make it possible for you to:
- Add UTM codes to your selected shapes, which will be added to your links when you save the presentation as a PDF using the Time Savers Add-in.
Add your UTM information:
- You can add a Source and a Campaign.
Check:
- You can check the UTM code information of a shape by selecting it and clicking the ‘Check’ button.
General:
- When you use the Time Savers Add-in to export your presentation as a PDF, any shape that has a link and has been given both a source and a campaign will have the UTM code added to the URL before the PDF is saved.
- Note: the UTM Code group in Time Savers 4 is simply a duplicate of the UTM Code group in Time Savers 3. There is no difference in the way they work. If you use the UTM Code group in the Time Savers 3 tab for shapes with marketplace specific links, it will still work. I simply put a copy of the UTM Code group in the Time Savers 4 tab to make it more convenient when you are working with the marketplace links.
