How to Use the "Etsy" Group of the Time Savers Add-in for PowerPoint
Please note: Some changes may have been made to the Time Savers Add-in for PowerPoint since the making of this video.
The “Etsy” group is part of the “TS Marketplaces” tab (previously called “Time Savers 4”) of the Time Savers Add-in for PowerPoint.
The tools in this part of the Time Savers Add-in make it possible for you to:
- Automatically split your resource up into predefined sections if the PDF is too large when creating a PDF to sell on Etsy.
General:
- This group will only appear if you have added a default store url for ETSY.
- ETSY has a file size limit of only 20MB, but you are allowed to add up to 5 files.
- Using this group, you can have your file divided automatically into smaller sections if the full exported PDF is larger than 20MB.
- Tag your slides according to the sections you would like them to be in.

Numbered
Info

- Any slides that have not been tagged will not appear in any of the small PDFs.
Tag type:
- Change the tag type from Named to Numbered or from Numbered to Named.
Remove tags:
- Remove the Etsy tags from all selected slides.
Check tags:
- Check all Etsy tags for any selected slide.
